This original drawing in gold metallic ink was created by textile designer and artist, Christy Almond. While studying various primitive designs, the artist became inspired by the modern feel of the line work but wanted to reimagine it in a luxurious gold ink on linen embossed paper instead of the mat paint on clay of the original pottery pattern. The result is fresh and modern.
